Puri Santrian, a modern Balinese 4-star resort strategically positioned on the beach at the tranquil southern end of Sanur, is seeking an attentive Guest Service Agent to join our front office team! If you have experience in a similar position in a 4-star resort, possess excellent English and strong interpersonal skills, a well-groomed appearance, and a strong work ethic, we invite you to be a key point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and seamless.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar position in a 4-star resort.
- Excellent English skills both spoken and written.
- Well-groomed and good personality.
- A strong work ethic, team player and good interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with great time management skills.
Your Role as Guest Service Agent:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Providing information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Managing room assignments and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Processing payments and handling cash accurately.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
