The Hamsa Bali Resort is seeking a welcoming and professional Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from check-in to check-out.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Have good communication skills in both spoken & written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Able to work individually, as a team, and multitask.
- Domiciled in Buleleng, Bali.
