Goya Boutique Resort is seeking a professional Guest Service Agent. You will be the face of our resort, responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will be key to guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A formal Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Hardworking with a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Able to drive a car.
- Able to join immediately.
