Position:
Guest Service Agent (Daily Worker)
Your Role Will Include:
- Being the first point of contact for our guests
- Handling check-ins/check-outs efficiently
- Providing exceptional guest service throughout their stay
- Managing reservations and guest inquiries
- Maintaining accurate guest records
We’re Looking For Someone With:
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Warm, professional hospitality attitude
✔ Previous hotel front office experience (preferred)
✔ Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
✔ Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
