CAREER OPPORTUNITIES – GUEST SERVICE AGENT
ASTAGINA, a fast leading and growing Resort Villa & Spa with wide lush garden Resort in the hearth of Legian-Bali, is looking for a potential Guest Service Agent to join our team! If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field, are able to drive with a SIM A driving license, can speak English, are a hard worker, honest, and disciplined, we invite you to be the friendly face of our resort, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all our guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 years of experience at the same field.
- Able to drive and having a driving license (SIM A) – 2&3.
- Able to speak in English.
- Hard worker, honest, and discipline.
- Able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities (Guest Service Agent):
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Providing information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Managing room assignments and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Processing payments and handling cash accurately.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
