Malverde Tequileria & Nightclub is expanding and seeking an exceptional Guest Relations Officer to elevate our guest experience! If you have relevant experience, possess excellent communication skills with a cheerful and approachable personality, and thrive under pressure in a busy nightlife environment, we invite you to be the welcoming face of our vibrant venue in Bali!
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience for the position applied is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a cheerful and approachable personality.
- Well-groomed appearance and confident presence.
- Able to perform under high pressure in busy environment.
- Able to work full-time including some evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Your Role as Our Guest Relations Officer:
- Warmly greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and throughout their visit.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements effectively.
- Providing information about the venue, events, and promotions.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Collaborating with security and bar staff for seamless operations.
