Guest Relations Officer (GRO)
Your Mission:
- Create unforgettable first impressions for every guest
- Master our offerings to provide expert recommendations
- Turn guest interactions into memorable experiences
- Seamlessly manage reservations and seating
- Be our guests’ go-to problem solver
We’re Looking For:
✔ 1+ year in guest-facing hospitality roles
✔ Natural charm and professional warmth
✔ Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
✔ Ability to stay cool under pressure
✔ Available for flexible shifts (including weekends)
