GOODS RECEIVER
Dharma Restaurant, located in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali, is seeking a meticulous and reliable individual to join our operations team as a GOODS RECEIVER. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Reliable and disciplined work ethic.
- Good communication skills for customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Goods Receiver, your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving all incoming deliveries, verifying quantities, and inspecting for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
- Unloading, unpacking, and properly storing goods in designated areas.
- Documenting all incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
- Reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the relevant departments immediately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the receiving area and storage rooms.
- Ensuring proper rotation of stock to minimize waste.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards during the receiving process.
