Covita is hiring a General Manager to lead and oversee all departments, ensuring efficient operations and business growth. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone with strong organizational, analytical, and people management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all departments: production, logistics, inventory, sales, purchasing, finance, HR, and admin.
- Create, implement, and improve systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across the company.
- Plan and monitor monthly and quarterly production and delivery targets.
- Analyze processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and minimize operational risks.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance management.
- Supervise tax preparation, financial reporting, payment collection, and salary processes (with support from Admin/Accountant).
- Manage business compliance tasks, including document preparation and licensing.
- Work closely with the founder to execute strategic plans and support business growth.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar multidepartment leadership role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven.
- Must have own transportation and be able to commute daily.
- Available to work Monday–Saturday (6 days/week).
