Puri Santrian, a modern Balinese 4-star resort strategically positioned on the beach at the tranquil southern end of Sanur, is seeking a passionate Gardener to join our team! If you have experience in a similar position in a 4-star resort, possess excellent English and strong interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a love for cultivating beautiful landscapes, we invite you to contribute to maintaining our resort’s lush gardens and natural beauty.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar position in a 4-star resort.
- Excellent English skills both spoken and written.
- Well-groomed and good personality.
- A strong work ethic, team player and good interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with great time management skills.
Your Role as Our Gardener:
- Maintaining the resort’s gardens, including planting, watering, pruning, and weeding.
- Ensuring the health and vibrant appearance of all plants and landscaping.
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely and efficiently.
- Implementing pest and disease control measures as needed.
- Contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of the resort grounds.
- Collaborating with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams for integrated property care.
