Position Overview:
Daily worker position for general gardening and landscape maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine garden maintenance and plant care
- Execute pruning, weeding, and watering schedules
- Maintain garden tools and equipment
- Assist with landscape projects as needed
- Follow organic gardening protocols
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months gardening experience
- Knowledge of:
- Plant species identification
- Basic horticultural practices
- Equipment safety procedures
- Physical stamina for outdoor work
- Ability to work independently
Work Conditions:
- Daily contract basis
- Outdoor work in all weather
