FRONT OFFICE STAFF
Are you a highly motivated and skilled professional with a minimum of one year of Front Office experience from a reputable hotel chain? If you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, are fluent in English (written and spoken), and thrive in a team-oriented, target-driven environment, we want you to join our 3-star property in Seminyak! Immediate availability is a plus.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year experience in the same position as daily worker from Hotel Chain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English is a must (Written and Spoken).
- Love to work in a team with target oriented.
- Able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities: As a Front Office Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your duties will include managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, assisting with various requests, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for everyone at our hotel.
