Job Description
As the Front Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all our guests. You will oversee front desk operations, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and lead the front office team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Experience Minimum 1 year in a similar position in the hospitality industry
- Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Well organized and able to work independently
- Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
- Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude
- Available to join immediately
- Domicile in Bali
