Front Office SPV
Are you an experienced and highly motivated Front Office professional with a track record from an International Hotel Chain? If you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, are fluent in English (written and spoken), and thrive in a team-oriented, target-driven environment, we invite you to join our dynamic team at our 3-star property in Seminyak! Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English is a must (Written and Spoken). 4. Love to work in a team with target oriented.
- Able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities: As a Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee and support the Front Office team, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, handling guest requests and complaints, training staff, and maintaining high standards of service quality and efficiency in a busy hotel environment.
