Job Description As a Front Office team member, you will be the welcoming face of our villa, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, inquiries, and provide information about our services and the beautiful surroundings of Ubud.
What We’re Looking For (Basic Requirements):
- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Well-groomed with a friendly personality
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Familiar with hotel systems & Microsoft Office
