Front Office at NGETIS VILLA, Sidemen, Bali! (New Property Coming Soon in Sidemen)
Job Description:
The Front Office team member will be the face of Ngetis Villa, providing the first point of contact for all guests. Responsibilities include handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, providing concierge services, and ensuring all guest needs and requests are met with professional and attentive service.
Requirements:
- Hospitality Experience: Proven experience and a strong understanding of villa operations and guest service, including front office procedures and guest communication.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and politely with guests, both in excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Guest Focus: Friendly, helpful, and attentive to guest needs at all times, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Teamwork: Able to work well with other staff and maintain a positive work environment.
- Dedication: Trustworthy and dedicated to maintaining villa standards for guest satisfaction.
