Position: Food & Beverage Service Trainee
Location: The Ubud Village Resort & Spa, Ubud – Bali
We are excited to offer a valuable opportunity for a Food & Beverage Product Trainee to gain practical experience in product management and quality control within a luxury resort environment. This role is perfect for hospitality students or recent graduates interested in deepening their knowledge of food and beverage product development and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the quality of food and beverage products
- Support the product team in inventory management and supplier coordination
- Learn about menu planning and product sourcing
- Help ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to enhance product delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to product usage and stock
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently graduated from Hospitality, Food Science, or related field
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to follow training schedule and work shifts
- Able to join immediately
