Job Description:
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for quality service, innovation, and team development. You will be instrumental in driving outlets performance and reputation, with the ability to dynamically adjust to recent F&B business trends. You will also ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends and service standards
- Excellent team leadership and cost control skills
- Ability to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth
