FLOOR SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team at our brand new restaurant in Uluwatu, Bali. If you are passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and are ready to contribute to a successful opening, we invite you to be a part of our exciting new venture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or senior service role in F&B.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Floor Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Supervising and guiding restaurant staff, including waiters, waitresses, and hostesses.
- Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality in the dining area.
- Assisting with staff training and development.
- Managing guest seating and table rotations efficiently.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately when required.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Upholding all restaurant policies and procedures.
