Floor Supervisor at Hiland 1280 Restaurant!
Hiland 1280 Restaurant is looking for a qualified candidate to join and grow with us as a Floor Supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field can be advantageous, but is not mandatory.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or food service roles, with some time spent in supervisory positions.
- Experience in roles that require direct interaction with customers can be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
- Domicile in Bali.
- Able to join immediately.
