Grand Ixora Kuta Resort, a vibrant resort nestled in the heart of Kuta, Bali, is currently seeking a dedicated Daily Worker FB Service to join our energetic Food & Beverage team.
Position: DAILY WORKER FB SERVICE (FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure dining areas, tables, and service stations are clean, organized, and properly set up.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other F&B team members.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
General Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Good personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Food & Beverage Service role is preferred.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Prior experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
