Executive Sous Chef at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso!
Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join their team! If you have a Diploma degree from a culinary school, hotel, and restaurant management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, and are a positive, service-oriented, passionate, and professional individual, we encourage you to apply!
Requirements:
- Diploma degree from a culinary school, hotel and restaurant management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in menu development, cost control, purchasing and inventory management is required
- Extensive knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards as well as HACCP policies and procedures
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skill with ability to lead, motivate and develop kitchen team
- Positive attitude, service oriented, passionate, professional with dynamic personality
