Engineering/Security at NGETIS VILLA, Sidemen, Bali! (New Property Coming Soon in Sidemen)
Job Description:
This dual-role position is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and safety of Ngetis Villa. Duties include performing routine maintenance (electrical, plumbing, AC, etc.), ensuring all technical equipment is functional, and monitoring the security of the premises to guarantee a safe and operational environment for guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Technical Experience: Proven experience in general maintenance and basic engineering tasks related to villa operations (e.g., plumbing, minor electrical, basic carpentry, AC maintenance).
- Security Awareness: Understanding of basic security protocols and dedication to maintaining guest and property safety.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and politely with guests (for minor issues/access) and colleagues, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Problem-Solving: Friendly, helpful, proactive in identifying maintenance issues, and able to work well with other staff.
- Dedication: Trustworthy, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining villa standards for safety and function.
