Position:
Engineer – Luxury Villa (Selemadeg Area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance of luxury villa facilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/plumbing systems
- Maintain pool equipment and filtration systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Ensure all engineering works meet luxury standards
Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience in villa/hotel maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and AC systems
- Pool equipment maintenance capability
- Basic understanding of building automation systems
- Safety compliance awareness
General Qualifications:
- Hospitality service mindset
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Fluent in basic technical English
- Able to work independently in Selemadeg area
- Valid engineering certifications (preferred)
