We are looking for a qualified & dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to join our success team! If you are a strategic leader with extensive experience in luxury hospitality sales and marketing, a proven track record of driving revenue, and exceptional communication skills, we invite you to apply.

- Has experience at the same position min. 1-2 years.
- Familiar with VHP.
- Discipline, Team Work, Groomed.
- Excellent English in both written and spoken.
- Able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
As Director of Sales & Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for the resort.
- Leading and mentoring the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identifying new market segments and business opportunities to expand the resort’s reach.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and media.
- Overseeing the development of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and public relations initiatives.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Managing the sales and marketing budget effectively.
- Representing the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
