FULL TIME DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (HOSPITALITY)
Location: Kerobokan, Bali
Mirah Investment & Developments is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing efforts across a portfolio of hotels, resorts, and F&B brands. Our goal is to enhance brand awareness and drive direct bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Lead digital strategy and campaigns across all hospitality properties.
- Performance Marketing: Manage budgets and optimize paid media for bookings and and ROI.
- Website & CRM: Drive website performance, SEO, and guest retention via CRM.
- SEO & Technical: Improve organic visibility through on-page and technical SEO.
- Creative Oversight: Coordinate digital assets with content and design teams.
- Innovation: Apply trends and best practices to enhance performance.
- Team Coordination: Align efforts across internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brand.
- Strong track record of managing paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and performance reporting.
- Experience working across multiple brands or properties simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and CMS platforms.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
