Cyber Security Staff – Admin Support at Finns Beach Club!
Join our dynamic organization committed to safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures. We are seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Staff – Admin Support professional to assist our cybersecurity team in maintaining a secure and efficient operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize cybersecurity policies, procedures, incident reports, and compliance records in secure systems.
- Communication Liaison: Facilitate internal and external communication, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Input and track security metrics, incident logs, and compliance data in relevant databases or tracking systems.
- Support Audits and Compliance: Assist in preparing materials for cybersecurity audits, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Training and Awareness Support: Coordinate employee cybersecurity training programs and distribute awareness materials.
- Incident Response Assistance: Provide administrative support during security incidents, such as logging details, coordinating team responses, and documenting outcomes.
- Password Management: Ensuring all passwords comply by company standards, and resetting passwords, and communicating new login credentials.
- Google Drive Support: Assisting with the management and approval of ‘shared documents’ via Google Drive.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for cybersecurity team activities, including training sessions and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in administration and technology or cybersecurity environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or tools (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, ticketing systems) is a plus.
- Experience with document management systems or databases.
- Strong organizational and Multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
