ICON BALI is looking for a friendly and professional Concierge to be the first point of contact for our guests.
Requirements:
- Presentable Appearance: Must have a neat and attractive physical appearance, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Height and Physical Fitness: Minimum height of 170 cm, physically fit, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, polite, and able to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills, both in Indonesian and English.
- Have previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
- Able to work in a team and coordinate with other staff.
