Dharma Restaurant, located in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali, is seeking passionate and dynamic aspiring culinary professionals to join our kitchen team as a COMMIS de CHEF. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Reliable and disciplined work ethic.
- Good communication skills for customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Commis de Chef, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs in daily food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Learning and mastering various cooking techniques and kitchen stations.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your assigned workstation and kitchen areas.
- Preparing ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and portioning.
- Following recipes and food safety standards diligently.
- Supporting the kitchen team to maintain smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Assisting with stock rotation and inventory control as needed.
