Requirements:
- Experienced as a Commis with a minimum of 2 years.
- Understands basic cooking techniques, knife skills, food safety, and hygiene.
- High ability to follow recipes.
- Good communication skills with the team & senior chefs.
- High ability to work within a team, follow instructions, & contribute to a smooth kitchen operation.
- Good time management & organizational skills.
- High ability to work under pressure in the kitchen.
- Adaptable to different situations & willing to learn.
- Good physical stamina & problem-solving skills.
