The Dapur, located in the vibrant Nuanu Creative City, is seeking a skilled and passionate Commis 1 to join our expanding culinary team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated chef to take on more responsibility and grow their expertise in Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Commis 1 or in a similar culinary role.
- Passionate about food and kitchen operations, especially Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine.
- A team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in Nuanu, Tabanan.
