ShiShi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub is expanding and looking for dynamic Club Servers to enhance our guest experience! If you have relevant experience, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a well-groomed appearance, and thrive under high pressure in a busy environment, we invite you to join our vibrant team in Bali!
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience for the position applied is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and confident presence.
- Detail and goal oriented.
- Able to perform under high pressure in busy environment.
- Able to work full-time including some evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Your Role as Our Club Server:
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently in a nightclub/lounge setting.
- Serving meals and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering guest inquiries about our Izakaya and beverage offerings.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of tables and service areas.
- Handling guest requests and concerns with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Collaborating with the bar, kitchen, and runner teams for seamless service delivery.
