Job Description As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for leading multiple restaurant operations while maintaining brand standards. You will focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, creating a positive work environment, and supporting team satisfaction. Your role will involve driving revenue, improving business performance, building positive relationships with key stakeholders, and skillfully creating and implementing strategies to support brand growth through strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Requirements:
- Experience leading operations in multiple restaurant outlets while maintaining brand standards.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Able to create a positive work environment and support team satisfaction.
- Proven ability to help grow revenue and improve business performance.
- Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Skilled in creating and implementing strategies to support brand growth.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across all levels.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior role such as COO or Operations Director in the hospitality industry.
- Experienced in creating SOPs, setting performance goals, and improving operational systems.
- Proven experience managing multiple restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service, kitchen, and bar workflows.
- Passion for hospitality, with a good understanding of dining trends and customer needs.
- Able to turn brand vision into clear operational plans and lead teams to deliver results.
