The Dapur, located in the vibrant Nuanu Creative City, is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our expanding culinary team. We are looking for a skilled professional to manage a specific section of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality in our Japanese and Pan-Asian dishes.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role.
- Passionate about food and kitchen operations, especially Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine.
- A team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in Nuanu, Tabanan.
