Hiland 1280 Restaurant is looking for a qualified candidate to join and grow with us as a Chef de Partie Pastry.
Job Qualifications:
- A culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institute is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen routines and utensils.
- Knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work various shifts.
- Obsessed with the details.
- Reliable and consistent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Domicile in Bali or the Bedugul area.
- Able to join immediately.
