Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years fine dining service experience (1 year in supervisory role preferred)
- Maximum 30 years of age
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise dining room service operations
- Train and mentor waitstaff team
- Manage guest relations and resolve service issues
- Coordinate between kitchen and service staff
- Ensure service standards and SOP implementation
- Assist in pre-opening training programs
