Position:
Bell Boy (Daily Worker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm welcome to arriving guests
- Assist with luggage handling (arrival/departure)
- Escort guests to rooms and explain facilities
- Deliver items/messages to guest rooms
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with front desk and other departments
- Provide local area information to guests
Requirements:
✔ Friendly and service-oriented personality
✔ Physically fit to handle luggage
✔ Neat appearance and professional demeanor
✔ Basic English communication skills
✔ Available for shift work (including weekends)
✔ Previous hotel experience preferred but not mandatory
