Position Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Ability to operate espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Understanding of coffee bean varieties and roast profiles
- Fluent English communication skills
- Customer-focused service attitude
Technical Skills Required:
- Espresso extraction and milk steaming proficiency
- Manual brew methods (V60, Aeropress, etc.)
- Beverage presentation and quality control
- Equipment maintenance knowledge
Work Environment:
