Bar Waiter at NGETIS VILLA, Sidemen, Bali! (New Property Coming Soon in Sidemen)
Job Description:
The Bar Waiter is responsible for providing friendly and efficient beverage service to guests at Ngetis Villa. Key duties include taking and delivering drink orders (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), preparing basic mocktails and juices, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and service areas, and ensuring excellent guest experience around the pool and dining spaces.
Requirements:
- Service Experience: Proven experience as a Waiter or Bar Waiter, preferably in a villa or F&B setting.
- Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (juices, coffee, simple cocktails/mocktails) and stock management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to explain the menu and interact politely with guests in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Guest Focus: Friendly, energetic, and highly attentive to guest needs, always striving to ensure a positive and refreshing experience.
- Teamwork: Able to work well with the Kitchen/Cook and other staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
