The Forge Gastropub is expanding, and we are searching for an energetic Bar Support team member to contribute to our lively atmosphere! If you have relevant experience, possess excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, we invite you to shake things up with us in Bali!
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience for the position applied is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and confident presence.
- Detail and goal oriented.
- Able to perform under high pressure in busy environment.
- Able to work full-time including some evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Your Role as Our Bar Support:
- Assisting bartenders with drink preparation, stocking, and replenishing supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, garnishes, and necessary ingredients.
- Supporting the bar team during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
- Performing general cleaning duties around the bar and lounge area.
- Being proactive in anticipating needs and providing assistance to bartenders and guests.
