Malverde Tequileria & Nightclub is expanding and seeking an energetic Bar Support team member to fuel our vibrant nightlife scene! If you have relevant experience, possess excellent communication skills with a cheerful and approachable personality, and thrive under pressure in a busy environment, we invite you to be a key player in delivering exceptional experiences at our venue in Bali!
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience for the position applied is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a cheerful and approachable personality.
- Well-groomed appearance and confident presence.
- Able to perform under high pressure in busy environment.
- Able to work full-time including some evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Your Role as Our Bar Support:
- Assisting bartenders with drink preparation, stocking, and replenishing supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, garnishes, and necessary ingredients.
- Supporting the bar team during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
- Performing general cleaning duties around the bar and lounge area.
- Being proactive in anticipating needs and providing assistance to bartenders and guests.
