Bella Canggu is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Bar Supervisor to lead our team. We are looking for a professional with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to oversee all bar operations and ensure a superior experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- Experienced as a Bar Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years.
- High leadership skills and a problem solver.
- Clear and effective communication skills with both staff and customers.
- Excellent service and ability to handle customer issues effectively.
- High ability to resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations in the workplace.
- Excellent in inventory management, financial management, and time management.
- High knowledge of bar operations from opening to closing (preparation, service standards, legal regulations).
- Experienced in POS and other systems.
