BAR STAFF
Dharma Restaurant, located in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali, is seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our vibrant team as BAR STAFF. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety.

Job Responsibilities:
As Bar Staff, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and storage.
- Managing inventory of spirits, wines, beers, and other bar supplies.
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Adhering to all licensing laws and food safety regulations.
- Assisting with stocking and restocking bar supplies before, during, and after shifts.
- Contributing to a positive and energetic atmosphere at the bar.
