ASTAGINA, a fast leading and growing Resort Villa & Spa with wide lush garden Resort in the hearth of Legian-Bali, is looking for a potential Asst. Housekeeping Manager to join our team! If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field, are able to drive with a SIM A driving license, can speak English, are a hard worker, honest, and disciplined, we invite you to lead our housekeeping team and maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 years of experience at the same field.
- Able to drive and having a driving license (SIM A) – 2&3.
- Able to speak in English.
- Hard worker, honest, and discipline.
- Able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities (Asst. Housekeeping Manager):
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing all housekeeping operations.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met throughout the resort.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.
