Assistant Operational Manager at The Place Retreats!
The Place Retreats is an award-winning, luxury psychotherapeutic retreat that focuses on mind, body and spiritual healing located in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia. We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join us as an Assistant Operational Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hotel management/administration majors or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Operation Manager in villa or hotel or 1 year experience as villa manager.
- A background in Food and Beverage is preferred.
- Expert in spreadsheet and Microsoft office.
- Excellent in Leadership skill.
- English in speaking and writing is a must.
- Meticulous person, proactive, and always pays attention to the detail.
- Positive attitude, presentable, strong work ethics, and professionalism at all times.
- Has a high sense of responsibility.
