Puri Santrian, a modern Balinese 4-star resort strategically positioned on the beach at the tranquil southern end of Sanur, is seeking a meticulous Assistant Housekeeper to join our dedicated team! If you have a proven track record in a similar role within a 4-star resort, possess excellent English and strong interpersonal skills, and are highly organized with great time management abilities, we invite you to help maintain our resort’s pristine appearance and ensure guest comfort.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar position in a 4-star resort.
- Excellent English skills both spoken and written.
- Well-groomed and good personality.
- A strong work ethic, team player and good interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with great time management skills.
Your Role as Assistant Housekeeper:
- Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations.
- Supervising and training housekeeping staff (Room Boys, Housemen, Beach Cleaners).
- Ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Managing inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Addressing guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and courteously.
- Collaborating with the Front Office and Maintenance departments.
