- Experience in similar position in a 4-star resort.

Your Role as Assistant Front Office Manager:
- Overseeing daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest services.
- Leading, training, and motivating the front office team to deliver exceptional service.
- Handling guest complaints and special requests efficiently and professionally.
- Managing room inventory and ensuring accurate reservations.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Preparing reports and managing administrative tasks related to front office operations.
